How do I receive my report and am I able to attend the inspection? We use Carson Dunlop's Horizon inspection software to produce one of the most comprehensive reports in the industry. As for attendance we encourage you to come for the last half hour of the inspection to review the report contents with the inspector, where he can answer any questions you may have and show you any areas of concern within the home. We've found that the best way to insure you have the knowledge to make an informed decision is to see any issues in person with an on-site explanation combined with the report you will receive.
